French surf school Capbreton Surfer
Art 1. Registration.
The booking by paying a deposit implies acceptance of our terms. If the beneficiary of the course is a minor, registration form has a parental consent value and must be completed by the legal guardian of the child.
The final registration at the surf school Capbreton Surfer will be on site with the information of a complete summary containing the pre-registration elements and a parental permission for minors. The final registration will be validated by the regulation for the chosen course before the first lesson.
Art 2. Cancellation of the course.
Any cancellation by the customer 15 days before the he date of the course will lead the encashment of the deposit. Any cancellation by the customer during the course will not be paid back.
For group lessons, the surf school Capbreton Surfer reserves the right to cancel a lesson or a course offering in return another formula if a minimum of three people is not reached . In case of refusal by the customer, this last will be fully reimbursed.
In case of bad weather conditions (lack of waves, ocean too strong, pollution...), courses that can not be performed in the subscribed package will be, in agreement with the students:
-replaced by other activities (bodyboard, stand up paddle...)
Art 3. Responsibility of the structure.
Students will be taken care by the surf school Capbreton Surfer and therefore under its responsibility, 5 minutes before the start of the lesson or the start of a course (Surfaris), and 5 minutes after the end of the course or the return of the course (surfaris). Outside these periods, the school is free of any liability. Parents should ensure that the course does take place before letting their children to the surf school.
It is strongly advised to the students to leave valuables in the locker room (money, watch, mobile phones...). The surf school Capbreton Surfer disclaims any liability for a loss or a theft of the objects in its shop.
Art 4. Medical contraindication.
Students must not have contraindication for the practice of surfing.
Art 5. Insurance.
All persons listed in the surf school Capbreton Surfer will be systematically given a federal license, including notably guarantees civil liability, personal accident, assitance and appeal, which are described in the contract ALLIANZ made available by the structure
Students (or legal guardian) may refuse the individual guarantees and accident assistance. However the surf school draws the attention of the participants on their interests to sign with the insurance company of their choice, a personal insurance policy covering bodily injury in which sport can expose and in which guarantees would be greater than those of Allianz contract No. 46267077.
Art 6. Commitment of the surf school Capbreton Surfer.
As part of the package chosen, the surf school commits to respact the label of quality charter " French surf school" in terms of reception quality, teaching, coaching and safety.
The necessary equipment (wetsuit, surfboard ... ) will be provided to participants during courses hours .
Art 7. Commitment of the adherings.
By subscriving to the surf school Capbreton Surfer, minors surfers and their parents accept the risks associated with surfing in the normal conditions of practice.
Art 8. Transport of the students.
The surf school Capbreton Surfer commits to provide transportation for the students in compliance with the regulations:
- driving licence needed.
- Coverage insurance of the car.
- respect of the maximum number of passengers.
- clean car.
Art 9. Loss, theft, damage.
The student is responsible for the equipment in case of loss, theft or damage.
Art 10. Image right.
The surf school "Capbreton Surfer" may have to use the photos and / or movies that have been done during the courses within the limits of the promotion of the surf school. The image of the students will in no case be sold or used by third parties.
In accordance to the Articles 26 and 27 of Law No. 78-17 " Informatique et Libertés " of January 6th 1978, you can object (partially or totally) the dissemination of information about you on the website www.ecole-surf-capbreton.com. To exercise your right to access, modify, rectify and delete broadcast data attached to you (article 34 of the Law " Informatique et Libertés " ), please send an email on email@example.com specifying the subject of your request.
